Essential Job Functions:
- Greet every guest and team member with a warm, welcoming attitude and help create a five-star experience from start to finish
- Identify guest needs through conversation and recommend products that align with their preferences
- Handle day-to-day retail operations, including following the Aveda Service Wheel for a consistent elevated experience
- Schedule appointments and check out guests accurately using our Zenoti system
- Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and services, including pricing, timing, and key benefits
- Attend and participate in meetings with GM and other team members
- Maintain professional and effective written and verbal communication with guests and all
team members - Other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- Previous retail and guest service experience
- Beauty industry experience preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings
