About the role

The Technical Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training content focused on Nerdio's technology solutions. The primary objective is to ensure Nerdio partners and customers have the knowledge and skills needed to successfully deploy and manage Nerdio's products and services. Key responsibilities include: - Developing training content and materials (presentations, videos, written documentation, etc.) - Delivering live training sessions (in-person and virtual) to partners and customers - Providing ongoing technical support and guidance to partners and customers - Collaborating with internal product and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on new product features and functionality - Leveraging data and feedback to continuously improve the training program
