Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nephrologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating kidney-related diseases, managing dialysis patients, and providing comprehensive renal care while ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases
• Treat conditions such as chronic kidney disease (CKD), kidney failure, hypertension, and electrolyte imbalances
• Supervise and manage dialysis treatments (hemodialysis & peritoneal dialysis)
• Interpret diagnostic tests including blood tests, urine analysis, and imaging reports
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide pre- and post-kidney transplant care
• Educate patients and families on kidney health, diet, and preventive care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong diagnostic and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Educational Qualification:
• MD / DM / DNB in Nephrology (Mandatory)
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in handling dialysis units
• Exposure to transplant nephrology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Commitment to ethical medical practices and patient care
