About the Job:

NeoStats Analytics is seeking a seasoned Consultant with expertise in analytics within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making for our clients by leveraging campaign analytics, A/B testing, and advanced statistical techniques. Responsibilities:

• Partner with banking stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Develop, execute, and optimize campaign analytics strategies to measure and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks and other experimentation methodologies to validate hypotheses and drive business outcomes.
• Provide clear, impactful data stories and presentations that support strategic decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Use statistical methods and Python to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Act as a consultative advisor, offering strategic recommendations based on data findings and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective execution of data initiatives.
• Build predictive models and statistical algorithms to forecast trends and improve decision-making processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all analytical projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.
• Occasionally travel within the region to meet clients and support project execution.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in analytics, preferably within the banking sector.
• Strong expertise in campaign analytics and A/B testing or other experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent consultative and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong storytelling, visualization, and presentation abilities to communicate complex data insights effectively.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques, including regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of other analytics tools (e.g., R, SAS, SQL) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
