Freshers/Trainee - Revenue Cycle Management Process

Neolytix is hiring management trainees to develop their skills in Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing. The role includes initial and service-specific training, leading to specialization in RCM. Trainees will have opportunities to lead and train others after gaining experience. Fresher Graduates/RCM Neolytix is looking to hire management trainees who will be groomed to gain skills and experience in growing different healthcare practices through operational excellence, exceptional service and team management. Within 3 months, you will be under probation and will go through 1-week initial training plus 1 month of service specific training with assessments. During this time, you will undergo a crash course specific to give you the tools you'll need for the job such as the basics of US healthcare, RCM Process, insurances, CPT codes, etc. After going through the initial training, you put your theoretical skills to the test where you will be assigned to a specific area of the organization After 3-6 months, you will be in a specialist in the field of RCM where you will have knowledge in the different facets while you will be assigned to a specialization After a year, you will have the option to eventually train new people going in the program, lead and grow different accounts or lead a small team
