IT Department and assist with maintaining and improving our IT systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to the smooth operation of a leading renewable energy company.
About The Role
As an IT Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s technological and administrative needs. Your primary focus will be assisting with
laptop replacements while also supporting ongoing improvement projects related to system organization and performance.
Key Focus Areas:
- Assist with laptop replacements and ensure smooth user transitions
- Provide level one technical support for repairing and maintaining hardware
- Provide basic user support
- Support 6S Quality Improvement initiatives
- Help with procedure and process documentation migration and consolidation
- Assist with Windows 10 remediation to ensure systems are up to date and secure
