Your Role
Starting with our best eCommerce customers, you support a service delivered by digital stylists to showcase the most coveted fashion in a meaningful and personal way. Through the digital stylist, invited clients receive wardrobe consultations, head-to-toe styling, behind-the-ropes access to merchandise, and on-demand personal shopping for all of their fashion needs, delivered quickly and conveniently. Your goal is to make the customer feel like a true VIP at every step of their shopping journey.
You work forty hours a week, mostly remotely or from home, with some time spent on-site at one of our stores for client appointments or to take photography of merchandise. In this role, you support our stylists in building long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service, becoming their trusted style confidante.
What You'll Do
Process customer orders and own the process through to delivery
Leverage internal business partnerships to source product and handle customer inquiries
Creatively solve customer service problems with little direction
Maintain extremely organized tracking process to ensure all client inquiries are reviewed, addressed/resolved in a timely manner
Make outfit recommendations as requested
Take quality photography at local stores to be used in 1:1 customer-facing communications
Be available occasionally in h evenings and/or weekends as requested (to be scheduled in advance).
