Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
Position Type: Full-time
FLSA Status: Exempt
Target Start Date: July 2026
Neighborhood Funders Group (NFG) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Midwest Organizing Infrastructure Funders (Midwest Program). This is a full-time, exempt position.
About Neighborhood Funders Group:
Neighborhood Funders Group (NFG) is a membership organization that organizes philanthropy so that Black, Indigenous, and people of color communities and low-income communities thrive. NFG was established in 1980 and engages philanthropic institutions and their staff across the U.S. to accelerate racial, gender, economic, disability, and climate justice. We offer funders a political home: a place to connect, strategize, and take action. Through our programming, we invite funders to co-conspire to support transformative movements — collaborating and aligning to advance justice. All of our programming is grounded in our histories, strengths, and struggles; and centers Black, Indigenous and people of color leaders in places, movements, and philanthropy.
About Midwest Organizing Infrastructure Funders:
The Midwest Organizing Infrastructure Funders (Midwest Program) is an organizing home for local, regional, and national funders that believe in the power of grassroots organizing in the Midwest. The program curates inspiring spaces for funders to build relationships with one another and movement organizations, learn how to organize their peers, deepen political analysis, and align grantmaking.
About Michigan Philanthropy for People Power:
Michigan Philanthropy for People Power (MP3) is a funder collaborative working to coordinate and strengthen philanthropic investments in Michigan’s organizing ecosystem and support the growth of community organizing and power-building capacity across the state. The collaborative emerged from a shared recognition that Michigan is home to a vibrant but under-resourced organizing ecosystem. Improving the material conditions of everyday Michiganders demands sustained, strategic philanthropic attention that builds shared infrastructure statewide.
MP3 is housed within Neighborhood Funders Group’s Midwest Organizing Infrastructure Funders.
