Job Overview:
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable educators to join us as Doubt Associate Professors. The role involves resolving students’ doubts for NEET & JEE aspirants by providing clear, accurate, and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve students’ doubts in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide clear, step-by-step explanations to ensure student understanding.
- Create high-quality video solutions for assigned questions.
- Maintain high student satisfaction through accurate doubt resolution.
- Ensure originality and avoid plagiarism in solutions.
- Achieve daily targets for question resolution and maintain DSR above 90%.
- Maintain quality standards in all delivered content.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates who have cleared JEE/NEET exams will be preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge in the applied domain.
Experience Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in teaching and/or doubt solving.
Required Skills:
- Strong conceptual understanding of the subject.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to create structured and easy-to-understand solutions.
- Comfortable with recording video solutions.
Performance Metrics:
- Daily doubt-solving targets
- DSR (Doubt Solving Rate) ≥ 90%
