Role Description The NEET JEE Chemistry Faculty will be responsible for teaching chemistry to students enrolled in the NEET/JEE integrated program, with a focus on conceptual clarity, problem-solving techniques, and exam-oriented preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering structured lessons, preparing practice questions and assignments, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and monitoring student performance through tests and regular feedback. The faculty member will collaborate with other subject teachers to align content with the CBSE curriculum and entrance exam requirements, and may contribute to question paper setting, study material development, and parent-student academic reviews. This is a full-time, on-site role based at TAAC - The Akshaya Academy Campus in Tiruppur.
Qualifications
- Strong subject expertise in Chemistry, including NEET/JEE syllabus coverage, conceptual understanding, and numerical problem solving.
- Proficiency in classroom teaching, lesson planning, and use of interactive and technology-enabled instructional methods.
- Ability to design and evaluate tests, analyze student performance data, and provide constructive feedback and mentoring.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and motivate students preparing for competitive exams.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related discipline; prior experience teaching NEET/JEE or similar competitive exams is highly desirable.
- Comfort working in a structured school environment, collaborating with faculty teams, and participating in academic review and improvement processes.
