Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Frontend Developer you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing the user-facing elements of our web applications. You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences while ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of frontend architectures, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance across web applications.
Development: Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue).
Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and security. Review code and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability across various devices and browsers.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Actively contribute to the resolution of complex technical challenges while exploring innovative approaches to enhance the user experience.
Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
Stay Up-to-Date: Keep current with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and introduce them into the team’s workflow when applicable.
