We’re looking for curious, high-agency Product Manager to join our Product Team. This role is about
building complex Lending workflows with multiple lending partners. You will be responsible for building
digital lending journeys, driving customer acquisition, improving conversion funnels, and enabling B2B
partners to offer lending products seamlessly. This role requires a strong mix of customer empathy,
analytical thinking, and execution rigor to build scalable financial products.
Key Responsibilities
• Streamline Workflows: Design and ship features that digitize end-to-end servicing, including
paperless transactions and lending support systems.
• Product Execution: Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to translate
complex regulatory and operational requirements into simple, functional product features Own
the end-to-end product lifecycle for lending products
• Enhance the Advisor Ecosystem: Own and improve core modules of the B2B platform that
enable 100,000+ advisors to manage their customers
• Data-Driven Growth: Track platform health, funnel drop off and advisor engagement metrics
to identify bottlenecks and iterate on the product roadmap. Ensure compliance with regulatory
and risk frameworks in lending

Role Requirements
• 1 -5 years in product, engineering, or startup environments.
• B.Tech / B.E. from a Tier-1/2 institute
• Understanding of digital lending ecosystem
• Ability to understand complex business processes and simplify them into elegant digital
solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate across functions - balancing the needs of tech teams with the
realities of business partners.
• High ownership and a "let’s figure it out" attitude.
