Responsibilities:
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end products and features.
Taking end-to-end ownership of multiple mission-critical projects.
Participating in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
Being responsible for scaling, performance, and quality for the team.
Setting up best practices to help the team achieve the above.
Experiment with new and relevant technologies and tools.
Requirements:
7+ years of strong individual contributor experience as a software engineer/senior software engineer/tech lead/principal engineer.
Exposure to a wide variety of problem spaces, technologies, preferably in startups.
Extensive and expert programming experience in Java and Spring Framework.
Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
