JOB DESCRIPTION
● 7-10 years as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Implementation
Lead, or Solutions/Delivery Manager in a software product company
● A demonstrable track record of execution and issue closure — you have run
programs where you personally drove items to done across teams that did not report to
you
● Tracking discipline as a working habit — you can show us how you track a portfolio:
your trackers, your cadences, your status reporting
● Healthcare domain exposure — EMR / EHR, RCM, practice management, claims, or
clearinghouse systems
● Technical depth to diagnose independently — comfortable with APIs, integrations,
logs, data flows, and reading a systems behaviour without an engineer on the call
● Communication strong enough for US customers — able to run a call with a US clinic
owner or executive as the credible expert in the room.
● Comfortable working a fixed 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST shift (aligns with US EST 9:30 AM –
6:30 PM)
Strong preference
● US physical therapy or outpatient rehab context; familiarity with CPT coding,
payer/insurance workflows, or CMS compliance
● Prior implementation or delivery ownership for US healthcare customers
● SQL or equivalent comfort pulling and interrogating your own data rather than requesting
reports
● Startup or high-growth environment where the playbook had to be built, not inherited
● Experience with multi-location healthcare groups or franchise-style clinic networks
