As Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our subscription clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless workflows and building strong, authentic client relationships that drive long-term partnerships. You'll be deeply involved in marketing execution, identifying process improvements, and spotting inefficiencies—all while ensuring clients receive exceptional support.


Who Are We Looking For? đź‘€

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer success, project management, and growth marketing for e-commerce brands.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in account management, growth marketing, or a related role, ideally in a startup, marketing agency, or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong organizational skills—you can manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders without missing a beat.
  • Excellent communicator who can build genuine connections with clients, ensuring they feel understood and supported (not just another sales pitch).
  • Deep understanding of marketing & growth strategies for small to medium-sized e-commerce brands—not just account management. You should be able to speak the language of performance marketing and support clients in making data-driven decisions.
  • Problem-solver—proactively addressing issues (like missing assets or misaligned expectations) and keeping projects running smoothly.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments where execution speed and adaptability matter more than rigid structures.
  • Experience with AI tools or a strong ability to learn and adapt to AI-powered workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including creative teams, media buyers, and leadership.
