Summary:
The School Principal plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping the academic, administrative, and cultural excellence of the institution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the school’s academic and administrative teams to achieve institutional goals.
- Ensure full compliance with CBSE/Cambridge curriculum standards and board regulations.
- Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment strategies, and academic planning.
- Mentor and evaluate teachers, supporting professional growth and performance improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture that promotes student well-being and engagement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the school, parents, students, and external stakeholders.
- Manage school finances, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Drive strategic planning, policy development, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Promote innovation in teaching methods and integration of technology in education.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Education or a related field; PhD or advanced certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of academic excellence, staff development, and student achievement.
- Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks, assessment systems, and educational policies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Pune or Mumbai.
- Proficiency in digital tools for school management, reporting, and data analysis.
