Requirements
5+ years of experience in Java development
2+ years experience in team leadership roles
Proficient in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Strong in Collections, Generics, REST APIs, Authentication, Multi-threading
Hands-on with JUnit, Mockito for unit testing
Familiar with Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, ServiceNow, CI/CD pipelines
Sound understanding of design patterns
Deployment experience in test and production environments
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers
Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums and sprint reviews
Ensure application deployments are smooth and timely
Write clean, scalable code and implement best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical design discussions
Drive code reviews and ensure high code quality
