Internship / Master Thesis on GenAI Agents & Long-Term Memory

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Careful survey of the evolving GenAI agent literature and technological advances
  • Implementing and benchmarking agents with long-term memory
  • Creating high quality code base for highly generalizable agents with long-term memory

Required skills and Experience

  • Pursuing master's in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
  • Proven experience with modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning)
  • Experience with frameworks like LangGraph, LangMem, mem0, OpenAI API, LangFuse and other agent frameworks
  • Solid programming skills (Python, etc.), knowledge of Git and software system design


The following skills are a plus:

  • Strong software engineering skills, including writing clean, efficient and maintainable code
  • Experience with scalable ML experimentation and benchmarking
