Our brand has already scaled into a multi 8-figure business in record time through our direct response channels, and now we are ready to bring that same energy, resources, and expertise to Amazon. From day one, we are projecting a high multi-7 figure annual run rate on Amazon, and we are looking for the right leader to own, drive, and scale this channel to its full potential. If you are the type of Amazon operator who thrives on building from the ground up, takes pride in full ownership, and knows how to avoid pitfalls while maximizing opportunities, this role is for you. We are setting the bar high because we want the very best. The ideal candidate will bring: Fluent English skills (written and spoken). Full-time availability (40+ hours per week minimum). Proven track record (5+ years) scaling Amazon Seller Central accounts for D2C brands at the multi-7 or 8-figure+ level. A highly organized, proactive mindset, capable of owning strategy and execution without micromanagement. Deep expertise across Amazon operations: account setup, listings, keyword research/SEO, A+ content, inventory management, FBA/FBM logistics. Strong PPC experience (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) with a focus on profitability. Proven ability to generate reviews and manage reputation within Amazon's policies (Vine, Request a Review, etc.). Data-driven decision making, with the ability to track and analyze KPIs (sales, ACOS/TACOS, conversion, rankings). Competitive analysis and market research skills to identify opportunities and threats. Solid knowledge of Amazon compliance and policies, including category approvals and regulated products like hearing aids. Excellence – We never settle. From engineering to customer experience, we aim to outperform at every level. This is not a maintenance role. This is a true launch and growth mandate. You will start the Amazon department from scratch and have full control of strategy and execution. You'll have access to in-house resources (designers, video editors, copywriters), but the vision, direction, and daily management of the Amazon channel will be entirely yours. As revenue grows, you'll also lead the buildout of a dedicated Amazon team. What You'll Do: Own the Amazon channel end-to-end: account setup, brand registry, category approvals, storefront creation. Launch products with flawless execution, optimized for compliance, rankings, and conversions. Implement compliant review-generation strategies from day one. Build and manage PPC campaigns, refining for maximum ROAS. Optimize listings, ads, and keywords for organic and paid growth. Manage inventory planning and logistics to prevent stockouts or overstock. Track KPIs (sales, ACOS/TACOS, conversion rates, rankings) and report insights. Protect the brand from hijackers, counterfeiters, and compliance risks. Stay ahead of Amazon updates, policies, and best practices. Scale the channel into a major revenue driver and eventually build and lead a high-performance team.
