🛠️ What You’ll Do
✅ Diagnose & repair HVAC systems and components
✅ Perform installations, replacements, and system upgrades
✅ Complete routine maintenance on heating & cooling systems
✅ Create accurate, on‑the‑spot repair estimates
✅ Educate customers on system care and recommended repairs
✅ Ensure work complies with local & national HVAC codes
✅ Mentor and support junior technicians 👥
✅ Communicate clearly to deliver top‑tier customer satisfaction ⭐
✅ Complete service documentation and assigned tasks
🔍 What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience
✔️ EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
✔️ Ability to lift up to 100 lbs 💪
✔️ Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics & outdoor environments
✔️ Strong communication & customer‑first mindset
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Positive attitude with a drive to learn & grow 🚀

💰 Base pay: $28–$35+ per hour
