Key Responsibility areas would include: · Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment process, strategy development, screening, offer negotiation, onboarding and integration. · Work along with respective HR leaders in attracting & hiring local talent to support localization, implement new TAG initiatives & focus on specialized hiring · Focus on new joiner connects & publish critical feedback & dashboard to the HR and business leaders · Critical & timely data reporting to the business & HR leaders · Responsible for quality of all recruitment related correspondence and compliance
