Job Title: nCino Developer (Salesforce Platform)Experience: 5+ Years (Minimum 2–3 Years in nCino – Mandatory)
Location: Remote (C2C Contract)
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Budget: ₹18 – ₹25 LPA
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled nCino Developer with strong expertise in the Salesforce platform and nCino Bank Operating System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end development and configuration for lending workflows, supporting release cycles, and contributing to future enhancements.
This role requires hands-on experience in nCino Loan Origination System (LOS), Commercial Lending, and banking domain processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute Salesforce & nCino development/configuration for Release 1 deliverables
- Implement and enhance nCino LOS (Loan Origination System) and lending workflows
- Handle bug fixes, enhancements, and stabilization during SIT and QA phases
- Perform localization configuration for multiple association environments
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new features and Phase 2 capabilities
- Conduct unit testing, ensure code quality, and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for code promotion, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 2–3+ years of hands-on nCino experience (Mandatory)
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
- Salesforce configuration (Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules)
- Hands-on experience with:
- nCino Bank Operating System
- Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Commercial Lending / Credit lifecycle workflows
- Experience in SIT, UAT, and QA support cycles
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Good to Have Skills- Experience with nCino CLM (Commercial Lending Management)
- Knowledge of Retail/Commercial Banking domain
- Experience with DevOps & CI/CD tools:
- Git / Bitbucket
- Jenkins / Copado / Gearset
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Platform Developer I/II
- nCino Certification (Preferred)
