We are looking for an experienced nCino Developer with 4–5 years of experience in Salesforce and nCino platform development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing nCino solutions for banking and financial services clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and support nCino applications and solutions.
- Configure nCino Bank Operating System (BOS) components.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop Salesforce Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, Flows, and integrations.
- Design and implement custom workflows, approval processes, and automation.
- Integrate nCino with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- Hands-on experience with nCino platform development and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Security Model.
- Understanding of banking, lending, or financial services processes.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- nCino Certifications.
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
- Experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Agile/Scrum experience.
