Actively monitor and analyze email security alerts to protect employees and clients. Collaborate closely with IT, compliance, and risk management departments. Key Responsibilities: Continuously monitor Proofpoint email security alerts, investigate phishing attempts, and analyze email threats to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. Manage quarantine policies and incident documentation, ensuring timely response and resolution of email security incidents. Stay updated on the latest email security trends and threats, leveraging this knowledge to enhance existing security protocols and practices. Work cross-functionally with IT and compliance teams to implement security measures and ensure adherence to best practices in email security. Lead initiatives to optimize email security configurations and policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and deliver training sessions for employees on email security best practices, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.
