Job details:
Role Contour: Settlement, Reconciliation, Complaints Management, Income computation, adherence to set standards and processes of NBBL
Job responsibility:
- Execute multiple settlements in day within TAT and disseminate appropriate information to various stakeholders/ sponsor bank
- Handle customer relationship management in respects of complaints received through various platform such as social media & CRM (BBPS website)
- Liaise with bank and non-banks and any new entities and onboard them on BBPS platform as OU, Agent Institution, Agent within TAT
- Maintain standardized front-end across all channels for better consumer experience.
- Computation of Income, TDS and GST
- Compliance with the communication processes set up for external and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct necessary training session if require by BBPOU participant related with BBPS application and address OU’s concern and query
- Maintaining SOPs for various processes
- Data analysis and presentation
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in preferably BFSI industry in compliance/legal/process
- BTech/BE or equivalate degree in the related field
- AI skill for better enhancement to the role
- Proven experience in project management, risk & compliance laws.
- Strong communication skills
