NBA Internship 2025

The 2025 NBA Summer Internship is a 10-week program that runs from June 9 – August 15, 2025. The program provides participants with the opportunity to learn about the business of basketball, develop critical career skills and contribute to meaningful projects across a range of departments within the NBA. Internships are open to rising senior undergraduate students (i.e. those currently in their Junior year and entering their senior year in Fall 2025) and graduate students. Candidates should be in excellent academic standing and have strong written, and verbal communication skills. Additionally, we look for candidates who possess leadership skills as demonstrated through relevant extracurricular or community activities. Interns are aligned to a specific department for the duration of the program and work on real NBA projects and initiatives. Depending on the department, you may spend time working in both the New York and New Jersey offices. Interns work a full 40-hour work-week (Monday-Friday), along with optional evening & weekend events, on occasion. In addition to on-the-job experience, interns are invited to participate in a broad array of professional development programs, as well as community and social experiences.

NBA
