Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
Utilize various sourcing channels: job portals, social media,employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist in onboarding formalities and induction processes
Support HRIS data management and employee record keeping
Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with finance/payroll team
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist in compliance documentation and audits
Support performance management and appraisal cycle
Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication
