Product Manager, Navi

Your Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of our customers, leveraging this insight to craft differentiated user experiences. Independently define the roadmap and strategy for your product area, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Drive the development and continuous improvement of products based on thorough market research, experimentation, and user feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products with minimal oversight. Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics to guide future product iterations. Required Skills and Experience: 3-4 years of relevant product management experience. Demonstrated empathy towards the needs, concerns, and experiences of end-users. Strong foundation in technology and basic product thinking. Advanced problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions that lead to successful business outcomes. Ownership mindset with a high drive for achieving excellence and winning in the market. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences. Perseverance, Passion and Commitment to Navi's mission and vision. Ability to consistently create value for customers and stakeholders through high quality outcomes. Resilience and Adaptability to new roles, responsibilities, and changing circumstances. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated success in product management, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
