AI Solutions Engineer

Key responsibilities: Prompt Engineering: Play a critical role in developing, testing, and refining AI prompts for a variety of use cases, ensuring they are optimized and aligned with our strategic objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with AI platform developers, data science teams, and product/business stakeholders to ensure the AI systems align with company goals and fulfill user needs. Analysis and Reporting: Monitor the performance of AI systems, leveraging analytics to evaluate behavior and output. Establish and track key metrics to provide actionable insights, identifying and addressing data biases or gaps in AI responses. Data Analytics: Utilize analytical queries for prompt testing, enabling bulk testing and expedited iteration processes. Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Must display flexibility and a commitment to stay up to date to emerging AI technologies and prompt engineering methodologies. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. High Quality AI Solutions: Ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions by developing and maintaining automated and manual workflows. Required Skills: Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to create detailed and contextually relevant AI prompts. Strong communication is essential for collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members. Programming: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs are required. Candidates should be capable of writing scripts to automate bulk tests and iterate faster. Domain Expertise: Willingness to immerse in industry-specific knowledge, including terminology, trends, and practices, to ensure the relevance and accuracy of AI prompts. Analytical and problem solving skills: Expertise in analyzing AI data, identifying patterns, biases and ensuring the high quality of outputs sourced from both structured and unstructured data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be required. Critical Thinking: Ability to critically evaluate AI responses, making iterative refinements to prompts to achieve optimal performance and accuracy. Drive for Improvement: Continuous refinement of prompts based on user feedback and performance metrics, with a focus on enhancing context understanding and output quality. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, LLMs and NLP is advantageous.
