What Youʼll Do:

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will:

• Architect & develop scalable backend solutions using Node.js / NestJS.
• Design & maintain APIs for smooth integration with frontend, AI modules, and third-party tools.
• Optimize performance, security, and reliability of the platform.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to bring new learning experiences to life.
• Review and mentor junior developers, ensuring best coding practices and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to our AI-first education vision by exploring innovative backend solutions.
• Support deployment & infrastructure (basic AWS/DevOps familiarity is expected; strong expertise is a plus)

What Weʼre Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js / NestJS and SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Good understanding of web application architecture & APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience in cloud deployment (AWS preferred) – even if intermediate, a willingness to grow is key.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker (nice to have).
• Problem-solving mindset with clear communication skills.
• Passion for edtech, AI, and building for impact.
