About the role
Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, Education or related field; 5+ years progressive experience in sales training, sales enablement, L&D, instructional design, or talent development; experience owning learning programs; knowledge of instructional design and adult learning; experience supporting SaaS sales organizations; Sandler Sales methodology certification strongly preferred.
