Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
2. Data Analysis: Work with large datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and applying algorithms to extract actionable insights.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into our platform.
4. Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements and research, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to business challenges.
5. Model Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, refining them for better accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms.
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
3. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and mathematical concepts relevant to AI and ML.
4. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying and scaling machine learning models.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
