Key Responsibilities:

1. Frontend Development: Lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance and smooth user experiences.
2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and mentorship to the frontend development team, ensuring code quality and best practices.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to build features and user interfaces that meet business requirements.
4. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development, bringing new ideas and techniques to enhance our products.
5. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize mobile applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
6. Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and ensure adherence to industry best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer with a focus on mobile app development using Flutter.
2. Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
3. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and tools like Firebase.
4. Ability to lead and mentor a team, with previous experience in a leadership role being highly desirable.
5. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a remote setup.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
