Enterprise Solutions Consultant

As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise to help customers identify and implement the right Navan products and solutions to address their unique business challenges. You will work closely with sales teams, customer stakeholders, and Navan's internal engineering and product teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Provide pre-sales technical and functional consulting to prospective customers - Understand customer business requirements and use cases and map them to Navan's product capabilities - Collaborate with sales teams to build solution proposals and deliver compelling product demonstrations - Serve as a subject matter expert during implementation, providing guidance and supporting the delivery team - Contribute to the continuous improvement of Navan's solutions by sharing customer feedback and insights with the product team - Stay up-to-date with Navan's product roadmap and new feature releases - Travel to customer sites as needed to support sales and implementation activities
