Duties
You will provide IT portfolio management expertise by analyzing IT systems, services, and investments to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, technical requirements, and mission needs.,You will interpret and implement emerging policies related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analytics, and business intelligence to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.,You will assess policy needs and develops training, policies, and processes to support IT acquisition, budget, procurement, and portfolio management activities.,You will conduct in-process reviews, fact-finding, and audits for IT programs and projects to confirm compliance with CCA and DoW/DON acquisition policies and best practices.,You will develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI to provide real-time insights into portfolio performance and health.,You will ensure data quality and manages annual system reviews for all IT compliance elements, using Jupiter/Advana to perform data quality analysis and identify discrepancies.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or DS-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying broad IT knowledge to interpret and implement IT Acquisition Policy; providing comprehensive IT acquisition and portfolio management support across diverse System Owners and Program Offices; and executing core IT processes encompassing procurement, required training, and IT-specific financial management (examples include utilizing the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), or similar IT cost models).
