Duties
You will coordinate the Future Requirements Director and HQ Financial Management (FM), assist in developing, coordinating and delivering Facilities Acquisition Program Management (FAPM) model requests for information and modernization efforts.,You will coordinate requirements input from the Business and Support Lines and Program Offices to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all POM products and deliverables.,You will ensure guidelines and policies are being followed in the development an submission of all POM related products and deliverables.,You will manage the organization's business plan procedure through the development, execution, and monitoring of the Business Operations Plan and associated specific implementation plans.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Preparing and coordinating financial budget planning and execution in all phases of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system; 2) Providing authoritative policy interpretations and guidance on all program office Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and budget development related issues; 3) Monitoring the execution progress and analyzing any variances in obligation and expenditure of funds as they occur to assure funds are properly allocated and are being obligated and spent in a timely manner in support of authorized management objectives.
