Duties
You will be responsible for the supply, contracting and facilities programs.,You will serve as the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Activity Program Cooridnator.,You will research, analyze and recommend cost effective options and solutions to the Contracting Office as required.,You will ensure any multi-year contracts continue to be fulfilled as required.,You will coordinate training logistics and equipment support.,You will develop integrated logistics support and life cycle management.,You will monitor and analyze deficiencies and develop the corrective actions.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Utilizing advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to conduct complex studies on the efficiency of programs, evaluate new technologies, and recommend best business practices to optimize the utilization of command resources, 2) Integrating logistics support with curriculum development, manage training system life cycles, and resolve complex issues affecting Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) major accessions training programs, using Navy programming and budgeting systems, 3) Applying logistics management, supply operations, and life-cycle management principles to support accessions training programs, including oversight of facilities, equipment, and the Government Purchase Card (GCPC) program, and 4) Interpreting the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal acquisition processes and procedures.
