About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Banking team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Commercial Banking customers, building strong relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, and work closely with colleagues across the bank to provide tailored solutions and support to help our customers achieve their goals. This could include providing transactional banking services, business lending, trade finance and foreign exchange. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a commercial banking environment, along with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and colleagues is essential. Strong numeracy skills and the ability to interpret and utilise financial data are also key requirements.
