Graduate Programme Internship

NatWest Group's internship programmes are designed to give you the opportunity to develop the skills and experience you need to kickstart your career. During the programme, you'll get hands-on experience, valuable training and the chance to gain an understanding of how our business works. Depending on your interests and skills, you could be placed in one of our many different business areas, including Retail Banking, Commercial & Private Banking, or Central Functions. You'll be given real work to do, with plenty of support along the way.
