Sensory Applications Engineer

The Sensory Applications Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, software configuration, and hands-on training for our innovative line of neurodiagnostic and sensory stimulation systems to our customers around the world. The candidate will be responsible for: - Providing technical support for Natus Neurology products including EEG, EMG, EP, and Sleep devices - Configuring and troubleshooting software for our neurodiagnostic systems - Conducting on-site and remote training for customers on product usage and software - Collaborating with internal teams (R&D, Technical Support, Marketing) to improve product documentation and customer experience - Serving as a subject matter expert to address complex technical customer inquiries - Analyzing feedback and data to identify opportunities for product enhancements - Traveling to customer locations to provide on-site support and training as needed
