Product Support Engineer

As a Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and partners using Natus medical devices. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales and service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may encounter. Additionally, you will participate in product training and assist with the development of technical support materials.
