Prohire Network – Recruitment & Training is exclusively hiring on behalf of a globally renowned ultra-luxury resort in Kerala, India.
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Naturopathic Doctor (BNYS) – Naturopathy Specialist to join a premium wellness environment catering to high-profile international guests. This role requires a refined professional who can deliver holistic healing experiences with the highest standards of care, discretion, and excellence.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized naturopathy treatments, designing holistic wellness programs, and supporting overall guest well-being in a luxury resort setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed wellness consultations and health assessments
• Design customized naturopathy treatment plans (detox, diet, lifestyle)
• Deliver therapies such as hydrotherapy, mud therapy, diet therapy, yoga & relaxation
• Guide guests on preventive health and natural healing practices
• Ensure exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Collaborate with spa, wellness, and medical teams
Mandatory Qualifications & Licensing (India):
• BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences) – Mandatory
• Valid State Registration / License to practice Naturopathy in India
• Registration with a recognized State Naturopathy / AYUSH Board (where applicable)
• Compliance with Ministry of AYUSH guidelines for naturopathy practice
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in wellness centers, hospitals, or luxury resorts
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Strong expertise in naturopathy treatments and holistic healing
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Ability to work with high-profile and international clientele
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Additional languages will be an advantage
• Prior experience in luxury hospitality / wellness retreats preferred
