About the Role
We are looking for a Natural Language Processing Engineer to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on engineering and infrastructure tasks.
In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.
Responsibilities
- Annotate and evaluate NLP model outputs and LLM completions.
- Improve performance of AI models on text classification, summarization, Q&A.
- Provide linguistic feedback on grammar, fluency, and coherence of model responses.
- Optimize prompt design and fine-tune LLMs using custom datasets.
Requirements
- Experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Knowledge of syntax, semantics, and language structure.
- Exposure to training/fine-tuning LLMs.
- Enthusiasm to make foundational AI models perform better.
- Background in NLP, Computational Linguistics, or related field.
