Operations Business and Management Support - NATS

NATS is the UK's leading air navigation service provider, handling over 2.4 million flights each year. We provide air traffic control services to aircraft flying through UK airspace and at many UK and international airports. We are committed to delivering a safe, efficient and reliable air traffic service for the benefit of the travelling public, airlines and airports. This role will sit within our Corporate Services directorate and will provide business and management support to a number of NATS operational business areas. You will be responsible for supporting a range of business activities including project management, process improvement, performance management, business analysis and reporting. You will use your analytical and data handling skills to support decision making, identify opportunities for improvement and help drive operational and commercial excellence across NATS. You will also provide ad-hoc support for strategic and operational management activities as required. This role will suit an individual with strong Excel and analysis skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.
