Role Description
The Native Mobile App Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement app features, debugging and troubleshooting issues, and consistently working to optimize app performance. The successful candidate will also stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the development process. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Puducherry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in native mobile app development for Android and iOS, including a strong command of programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin
- Experience with mobile app design and development, including UI/UX principles and cross-platform compatible solutions
- Knowledge in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing app performance
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a development team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- Previous experience in building and deploying mobile apps on both iOS App Store and Google Play Store is an advantage
- Fluency in Tamil language is a must to effectively collaborate with the team and meet localization requirements
