About the role
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube to drive customer acquisition and awareness.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improved targeting, creative performance, and budget efficiency.
Collaborate with product marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure media campaigns are aligned with brand messaging, business goals, and go-to-market strategies.
Maintain campaign hygiene and structure, ensuring naming conventions, tracking, and setup are consistent with best practices and internal standards.
Support the development and testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Monitor media budgets and pacing, ensuring efficient allocation and performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with media platforms, internal stakeholders, and agency partners to align on strategy and ensure smooth execution.
