🚀 Hiring: AI Native Software Engineer (Agentic AI | Production Systems | Cloud-Native)
📍 Remote | ✈️ 50–70% Travel | 💻 100% Hands-On Role
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Native Software Engineer who has evolved from core programming into Generative AI and now Agentic AI systems. This role is focused on building production-grade AI-driven systems, not experimentation.
⚠️ Important Screening Criteria:
- Must have 1–2+ production-level projects in Agentic AI (MANDATORY)
- Candidates with only Machine Learning background (without Agentic AI exposure) will NOT be considered
🔧 What You’ll Do
🧠 AI Agent Engineering
- Design & build AI agents with:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Workflow orchestration
- Tool/function calling
- Policy-based routing
- Build evaluation frameworks for:
- Accuracy, latency, reliability
- Implement observability & lifecycle monitoring
🔗 AI Platform Integration
- Integrate with platforms like:
- OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Vertex AI
- Build abstraction layers for:
- Multi-model & multi-provider architectures
- Optimize performance, cost & latency
☁️ Cloud-Native Development
- Develop scalable systems using:
- Microservices architecture
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Serverless & event-driven patterns
- Implement:
- CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
- Ensure production readiness (logging, monitoring, fault tolerance)
🚀 Application Development
- Build AI-powered enterprise applications
- Integrate AI into existing systems & APIs
- Develop backend services supporting agent workflows
📊 Testing & Performance
- Define test strategies for AI systems
- Measure latency, throughput, accuracy & cost
- Debug & optimize production deployments
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong background in:
- APIs, microservices, cloud-native systems
- Proven experience in:
- Agentic AI / LLM systems in production
- Strong coding skills in:
- Python / Java / Backend technologies
- Hands-on with:
- CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
- Monitoring & observability tools
- Experience with AI platforms:
- OpenAI, Claude (preferred), Vertex AI
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with:
- LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI
- Multi-agent or distributed AI systems
- Enterprise-scale integrations
- AI cost & performance optimization
