About the role

As a Product Owner, you work with agile teams to design, deploy, and maintain next-gen platforms, ensuring they meet organizational needs and are scalable. You develop front-end software for the Netherlands and lotteries in other countries, making the role diverse and interesting. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

Linda Dirks, Product Owner: “I collaborate with my development team to deliver top-notch software, ensuring our participants have the best experience. Their support allows us to donate millions to charities annually, making the world a better place. Being part of this inspiring organisation is truly rewarding”.

As Product Owner, you’ll:

  • Create and manage product roadmap: Balance business value, vision, and technical requirements to develop a comprehensive roadmap.
  • Develop MVP products: Work with the product team to define and create clear Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
  • Lead prioritization and refinement sessions: Facilitate epic sizing, refinements, and other sessions to ensure high standards of output and prioritization. Prioritize features, create detailed product specifications, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensure effective communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders to align product goals and expectations.

Skills & Requirements

  • You have a Master's degree in business and/or technical sciences.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in product owner, with a solid experience in Agile.
  • You possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and you understand how to translate requirements into technical solutions and product design.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-profile software, web, or eCommerce projects within international teams.
  • You get things done with an entrepreneurial attitude, preferably having set up, executed, and successfully delivered end-to-end projects or having experience running your own company.
  • A monthly salary indication between €5,900,- and €6,600,- based on a 40-hour week and flexible working hours.
