We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented National Sales Manager (NSM) – OTC to lead Pan-India sales operations, drive market expansion, and strengthen Brinton’s OTC business footprint across key channels. The role will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, enhancing distribution effectiveness, improving market penetration, and building high-performing sales teams to achieve sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, strategic business acumen, channel management expertise, and the ability to drive execution excellence in a fast-paced and competitive OTC environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive national OTC sales growth and achievement of business targets.
- Expand and strengthen distribution, retail, and pharmacy network coverage.
- Improve secondary sales, market visibility, and product availability.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor regional sales teams for performance excellence.
- Execute brand and trade activation initiatives in coordination with marketing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, schemes, and SOPs.
- Build strong relationships with key distributors, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive new product launches and market penetration initiatives.
- Ensure reporting discipline, forecasting accuracy, and business analytics review.
