We're seeking an energetic, dynamic, experienced National Sales Manager to drive our business growth across multiple regions., Preferably from Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Heavy Machinery, Pneumatic Equipment, Filtration Systems, Capital Equipment & its Related Industrial Products and Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales operations across all business regions.
- Manage dealers, develop new dealer networks, and expand business channels.
- Handle sales teams and branches, ensuring strong performance and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Oversee key account management and strategic business development.
- Ensure effective after-sales service, spare parts management, and customer support.
- Prepare and analyse business reports, sales plans, MIS reports, and market strategies.
- Collaborate with regional customers and travel as needed with teams and dealers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Industry Experience: Preferably from an air dryer manufacturing company (Added Advantage)
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi with strong communication skills
- Tech & Business Acumen: Expertise in business planning, sales reporting, and market analysis
- Leadership: Ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams
